You MUST be approved to meet our dogs in a foster care setting. If you are approved, please contact your adoption counselor for more information on our pups. If you are NOT approved, please get approved by applying at www.lrrof.org. Those applicants already approved have the first chance of adoption.

Meet Luna – The Sweetest Sunshine in a Yellow Lab Coat!
Luna is a playful, affectionate, and smart 1-year-old yellow Lab weighing in at a petite 55 pounds. She’s the perfect balance of fun-loving and snuggly—whether she’s chasing toys, splashing in the pool, or curling up beside you for a cuddle, Luna is happiest just being part of the family.
She’s house-trained, sleeps soundly in her crate at night, and is becoming more comfortable being crated when her foster mom is away for short periods. She quickly learned how to use the doggy door and already knows basic commands like “sit” and “lay down ” Luna thrives on routine, picks up new things quickly, and is eager to please—she’s a very smart girl!
Luna loves long walks, playtime with her doggy foster siblings (including a small dog and other Labs), and any toy she can get her paws on. She hasn’t been around kids yet but does wonderfully with other dogs and is unfazed by cats.
Her forever home must have a fenced-in backyard and a furry sibling to play with. Luna will do best with a family that can keep her on a consistent schedule and give her the love and guidance she needs to continue blooming into the amazing dog she’s becoming.
