Adoptable Dogs

You MUST be approved to meet our dogs in a foster care setting. If you are approved, please contact your adoption counselor for more information on our pups. If you are NOT approved, please get approved by applying at www.lrrof.org. Those applicants already approved have the first chance of adoption.

Karma

Meet Karma

Karma is an adorable, medium sized chocolate lab mix who was rescued from a very bad situation. She lived her entire life chained up and her sister was shot by their previous owner. Luckily, she has been rescued from that awful situation.
-2 Years old
~36 lbs (medium sized)

-Housetrained
-Crate trained (expects a treat!)
-Gets along well with large dogs
-Energetic, playful, loves to run
-Happy go lucky
-Silly
-Likes to cuddle and enjoys being close to people
-Independent: will play by herself with supervision
-Learning manners, basic commands and leash skills

Karma craves human love, attention and affection. She would benefit from a patient owner who can show her love, kindness and consistency. Karma is very puppy-like and is still learning her manners. She is learning not to jump up and can be mouthy in her play. Her foster says she is eager to please and very smart, so teaching her rules, boundaries and limitations is encouraged.

For anyone looking for a smaller companion who is sweet and energetic and happy, maybe your “karma” is to become best friends with this lovely little Karma!
