| Description: | Hi, I' Simba, a 1 1/2 year old yellow Lab who, as you might imagine, is a bundle of energy when let loose! I LOVE fetching--especially when my toy winds up in the pool. (Caution: I'm not the most graceful swimmer, so you might want to have your "backyard" clothes on when we play.) I also enjoy a good game of tug. Inside the house, I'm a perfect lady. I look forward to a long nap after playing in the pool and when I'm recuperated, I just enjoy having company and sometimes following my foster mom around the house. When she needs to go out, she usually puts me in my crate, which is just fine with me. I kinda enjoy the downtime. I'll always let you know if I have to go out to take care of business, too. I never saw much sense in chewing things (except for the occasional tennis ball) or barking incessantly (but I will let you know if someone new is approaching.) I also mind my manners when eating and drinking. I like neat and clean! Refresher leash training is definitely in my future. Apparently, I had some, but sometimes lose my way. However, I'm pretty smart and eager to please. So, it shouldn't take too long. |
