~1 year old
~41 lbs

-LOVES OTHER DOGS
-Timid and shy around new people, learning to trust humans (being in a home with another confident dog is a MUST for Cactus)
-Good with cats
-Housetrained
-Crate trained
-Enjoys snuggling with his foster family
-Playful and sweet
-Quiet
-Likes to chew on bones
-Has a shoe fetish! (put those beloved sandals away, until he learns they're not toys!)
-Startles with loud noises and would do best in a calm and quiet home

Cactus is still learning to feel comfortable around humans. He does best with other dogs and it is highly recommended that his adopter have a confident resident dog to help Cactus feel more comfortable around people. He has a sweet, gentle disposition. He just needs time and patience while he learns to trust humans.

*Cactus may do best with an experienced rescue dog owner to help him come out of his shell. A quite home would also be beneficial.
