| Description: | 2.5 yo 53 lbs high energy black lab Bandit is smart and respectful. He listens very well and has excellent leash manners. He was well trained with a ton of commands. He’s playful and generally wants his human close by. As a high energy dog he needs some positive outlet for his energy every day. Some combination of tricks, fetch, swimming, etc. plus at least a mile of walking each day. He really loves the water and uses the kiddie pool here regularly. He needs an experienced handler when around dogs or kids. Bandit will be a normal dog & great pet with some help and patience. He can be fast & intense but he’s not large or strong. He’ can be nervous around busy streets and sometimes a little jumpy from loud noises. Sometimes adopting is a way to find the perfect match for you. Other times it’s about helping a dog that needs it. This is the latter. Bandit has made great progress but will continue to need a strong owner that has time, love and patience for him. |
